People are so selfish.. "not individually plates.." this is hotpot not burgers.. hotpot is shared with the people u love and care about.. I can tell those individual plate people have zero love in their weak bodies.
Flavor is everything and they got the best tasting soup base I've had in LA. Tons of herbs and spices and good portions. Owner always gives free bbq samples. Price is fair for the best hotpot. Hunan style hotpot. If u don't know u better ask somebody. Don't msg me u lames -

Tasty pot. Pick your soup base. A LA care, pricey.
Meat quality is good.

Food was good and and the portions is generous. I would like it if it was AYCE, but that would mean the meat would be lower quality.
The watermelon juice was good! My party got the pitcher and it was made fresh.
The thing that bother me most was the flies around the sauce. It would get a better score if it wasn't for the flies. -

When ordering, there is a huge pot that is placed in the middle of a round table, you can choose to eat outside or inside. I personally suggest sitting outside if it is a nice day. You can choose a lot of broth options, but I recommend the classic broth and the spicy broth (be warned that the spicy broth is extremely spicy and fragrant, you will choke and sneeze constantly from the spices and aroma).
For basic hot pot people, you can get the standard dishes such as sliced beef, quail eggs, your choice of vegetables, tiger shrimp, etc..., but for the people who really dwell deep in the hot pot craze, they have the crazier things, such as blood cubes, intestine, tripe, etc..
I highly recommend coming here if you are ever in the SGV area, they also have a area where you can get up to get your own sauces as well as skewers with cartilage, lamb, and other options where they will grill it and bring to your table!! My recommendation is to always order in increments, when you are at a location that charges by the plate, because if you don't finish a plate it's just a waste of money. These types of places is better to eat quality over quantity and enjoy the company of friends or family. Sadly my family and I always make the mistake of ordering waaayyyy tooo much. (っ- ‸ - ) -

I had an absolutely worst dining experience ever in my whole life in this place. I ate all my food and turn off the stove, when the soup stopped boiling, there was a freaky disgusting DEAD FLY floating in soup. I was disgusted AF and could not believe I ate my hotpot with a dead fly soup. SMH!
